Start with main color up

Fold both diagonals

Turn paper over

Fold in half horizontally and vertically

Turn paper over

Fold all corners into the center

Fold each one the outer edge

Turn paper over

Fold the lower edge to the center; crease

Unfold

Repeat with the other three edges

Turn the paper over

Flatten the model

Voila! A Lazy Susan!
