INGREDIENTS

Starting by placing all ingredients together

Breaking the 4 eggs and placing it in the blender

Then 1 1/2 cups of sugar and also 1 cup of oil

Squeezing all the juice from 4 oranges and also it's orange zest

Blend it all together before adding 2 1/2 cups of self-raising flour

First add 1 cup of self-raising flour and then 1 1/2 gradually

Place it in a recipient

Prepare the tin with 2 tablespoons of butter and flour

Pour it into the prepared tin and place it in the oven with 180 *c pre-heated

Peal and cut the 3 bananas in 3 parts

Place in a pan, 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water leaving it in a low heat for 20 to 25 minutes

While the cake bake for 45 to 60 minutes

Depending on your choice you can either cup the cake in a half and place the sugar caramel then the bananas and a finishing touch with more caramel

Or you can put the caramel and bananas on top or in the bottom of the Orange Cake
