How to make an open back t-shirt

Find an old t-shirt that you would like to freshen up

If your t-shirt has a high neck cut it of. My t-shirt already had a V-neck so i have only cut the back of.

The result

Fold the t-shirt but make sure that only the back is folded.

Draw a triangle with a pencil.

Cut out the strings. Remember not to cut further than the Line you drawed. The thickness of the strings should be about the size of your thumb. The strings doesn't have to be even

Pull the strings to make them thinner

The result

Braid the strings. Start by pulling the second string under the first string and create a loop. Pull the next string trough the loop. Continue like this.

When your reach the last string, cut it over.

Wrap the two string around the string above them and tie a knot

And then you're done
