Firstly, add oil to your pan and set it on your stove.
Then, add your eggs, salt and pepper into a separate bowl to make your omelette mixture.
Whisk and stir your ingredients until you have a dense mixture.
Turn on the stove, and gently pour the omelette mixture into the pan. Pour evenly, so that the thickness is the same throughout the surface.
While the omelette is beginning to harden, add any extra ingredients you want. I added cheese and ham to mine, but you can add whatever ingredients you'd like.
Try and shape your omelette into a circle. When your omelette begins getting hard from the heat, gently flip it over with your spatula so that the heat evenly distributes.
Once the omelette is evenly cooked, fold it evenly across the center to seal it entirely.
Let your omelette cool off, serve it and enjoy!
