First find a tall spot like this one.

Place ten blocks outward

Build a frame and fill in

Get black wool and place four blocks away from the edge (on a wall of your choice) Then get red wool and place around the black wool for curtains.

Make the rest of the walls with a block of your choice. I chose mossy stone to give it that mystical look

Add a roof and if you want you can a patterns on the top. I did

Place lights around the room. Make sure that it is still dark in the room.

Place stone stairs in a way so there like seats in rows.

Place stone under the seat like this.

Finish the room and then go inside. Then place wood blocks and stone stairs along both sides of the door. Like this.

Then get bookshelfs and glass. Place a small amount on each side. Place glass over the shelfs.

Make a place to go in your concession stand. Then place a gate and go inside.

Place a glass block with yellow wool on one side. Now you have a concession stand /prize room!

Place an emergency exit. Just in case!😉😃!!!
