Cut up your chicken and cook it in a pan with some olive oil. Remember to season it with salt and pepper.
Measure out your pasta and cook it for about 5 minutes or until it is just tender.
Dice your onion and mince your garlic while everything is cooking. Be sure to keep a close eye on the stove though!
Once your chicken is cooked, place it in a bowl.
By now your pasta should be done. Drain it and set it aside for now. At this point, begin cooking your corn.
Cook onion and garlic until they are just brown.
Once everything is cooked mix chicken, onion, garlic and diced tomatoes in a bowl.
Add the mixture in the bowl into a casserole dish along with the cooked pasta.
Measure out your cheese and add it to the dish.
Mix together bread crumbs and Parmesan in a bowl while keeping a close on eye on your corn if it is still cooking.
By now your corn should be done, add it to the casserole dish. Add the bread crumb mix on top.
Add small bits of butter or margarine to the top of the dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 13-15 minutes.

- 1/2c Cubed chicken
- 1/2c Diced onion
- 1.0 Clove minced garlic
- 14.0g Can of diced tomatoes
- 1.0c Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2tsp Parsley flakes
- 1/4c Breadcrumbs
- 1/4c Parmesan cheese
- 1.0Tbsp Margarine
- 1/2c Cooked Corn
