INGREDIENTS
Let the oil and onion fry a little bit after the onion have been cut in little pieces! Add some chili if you want
Let the water boil and then add the asparaguses for 15 mins to be boiled too
When the asparaguses are ready whisk them until you have a cream
When the oil and onion are fried add the rice and toast it for two minutes twist with a long spoon frequently
Let the vegetable broth boil and add some of in in the rice
Then add the asparaguses cream
Shake and twist ahah
And continue adding the broth in the rice shaking ALL THE TIME or the risotto will not be good! When the broth ends (in 30 mins) because the rice absorbed it taste and try the rice
It usually takes 40 mins to be ready so after the broth ends choose if it is okay for you! It must be creamy! NOW when you are sure it is ready ass the soft chews and the grated one with the butter
Shake all the things until everything is absorbed and turn the fire off ahah and the rice is ready to be tasted :) Hope you like it!! ๐ฎ๐นโ๏ธ๐๐๐๐๐

- 400.0g Rice
- Salt
- 150.0g Kind of soft cheese (Straccino in Italy)
- 1/2 Onion
- 180.0g Wine
- 40.0g Grated cheese
- 20.0g Butter
- 1.0l Vegetable broth
