This is what we're making..

Stand with a thin wire coat hanger...

Twist the hook around 90 degrees

Bend the coat hanger in half

Bend the neck down

Open up the gap slightly

Bend a little ledge at the fold

Bend the bit below the neck

Open and adjust.. Should look something like this. You might need to adjust the bend points a bit depending on size of coat hanger.
