Separate the herbs' leaves
Cut the leaves very finely
In a bowl add salt
Then add pepper
Add canola oil
Mix well
Cut the lemon and onion for stuffing
Stuff the chicken with onion and lemon
In a foil tray, add any vegetable you like
Place the chicken on the bed of vegetable and apply the herbs mix all over the chicken (back and front)
Place the chicken in a preheated oven (450 degree) for an hour and half to 2 hours or until it is golden
