Add 1 cup of frozen mangos, 3/4 cup of blueberries, 3/4 cup of raspberries, Kiefer and 1 1/2 cup of  water to blender

I usually use all organic ingredients especially with berries and always have different fruit, berries and veggies to throw in. Clean the blender with soap and water on high for 20 sec will save time
