I also recommend adding a star next to urgent tasks. Based on my list, who has time to eat when you have a hot facetime date with your boo?! Priorities, folks! :)

Adding a time limit to each task tricks your mind into thinking that it won't take forever. Hence, you try to do it in the amount of time you listed (or less!). Hope this helps!

Oh, and don't forget to cross things off! That's the fun part!
