Place approx 1.5 cups of flour in a bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, the pinch of salt, and mix with the flour.

Pour the 1/2 cup of hot water into the mix slowly till a doughy consistency is achieved, but careful not to make the dough sticky (add more flour if the dough is sticky to the touch).

Knead the dough for a couple minutes and roll out on to a baking sheet; add toppings as desired.
