Crush the biscuits..
Combine biscuits with melted butter
Line the pie tin with biscuits. Chill in fridge for 1 hour
Blend lemon juice with condensed milk
Add egg yolks
Pour mixture in the pie crusts. Bake in oven at 160c for about 10 mins
In the meantime, whip the egg whites. Add sugar slowly. Also add cream of tartar
Beat until it forms stiff peaks
Scoop the meringue onto the pies
Bake until brown.
You can also bake them in glass containers

- 90g melted butter
- 3 eggs separated
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 400g condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
