Remove the back of the picture frame and glass so that all you have left is the frame.
Measure and cut enough fabric to fit the frame. I prefer to use lace because it will be easier to get your earrings through.
Use a hot glue gun to glue to fabric to the back of the frame. Cut any access fabric off.
