Take a piece of paper or cardboard ( I used a page from my visual arts diary, it's 28cm x 35cm or 11" by 14")

I forgot to take a photo before cutting it, but basically draw this design on to one of the pages and cut out the letters and the sides, but make sure you don't cut the horizontal lines.

You can use any colour you want but I made it rainbow. You don't have to paint the whole thing because only part of it will show through.
