I used this amount of mushrooms. You can use any mushroom you want, I went with funnel chanterelles.
Two slices of toast
Butter
Salt
Start to heat up the pan and add 1 tblspoon of butter
Fry the bread to a golden color and add another tblspoon of butter for the unfried side
When the toasts are done start to fry the mushrooms with the 2 tblspoons of butter that you have left and some salt!
Add your cream!
Put the mushrooms on the toasts and there u have a tasty mushroom toast! Enjoy!
