Gather supplies! (Milk not shown).
Slice avocado in half, remove the peel and seed, and put it in the blender.
Add your banana.
Measure out 1/2 cup of milk (any kind will do). Then pour it into the blender.
Measure out 1 cup of ice and throw that into the blender.
Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of condensed milk. More if you want a sweeter smoothie and less if you want a less sweet one.
Blend it up!
Pour your smoothie in a cup (or a measuring cup if you're feeling classy/too lazy to wash the other cups.) Look at all that class in a glass.

- 1.0c Ice
