Toast the bread in a toaster.

Peel the shell off of the avocado, take the seed out, and mash it with a fork. Put some salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Crack an egg into a bowl and drop it into a pot of simmering water and leave it for three minutes.

Spread the avocado onto the toast. Make a dent in the center.

Cut the ham into pieces and toast it. Put it onto the avocado.

Put the poached egg into the dent.

Sprinkle some cheese onto the toast.
