Grill the palm hearts and artichoke, put some olive oil and season it

Chop both of them and mix them together

Cut the edge of the asparagus, put olive oil, salt and pepper grill them

Grill the scallops too and season it

Mix the asparagus whit the palm hearts and artichoke, put some lemon juice

Slice the scallops like in the picture

Put the mix greens on the plate

On top of the greens put the mix

Put on top the sliced scallops

Drizzle the plate whit the vinaigrette ( whole grain mustard, vinegar, maple syrup, salt & pepper, olive oil)

Ready, enjoy it😗
