You will need: rolling pin, baking tray, a metal spoon, wooden triangle
Turn on the oven to 210 degrees Celsius. Prepare ingredients.
Roll out the puff pastry to a thin, even consistency.
Spread the filling evenly on the middle of your pastry.
Slice even strips around the filling and plait it tightly and evenly spaced.
Lightly grease the baking tray. Carefully lift the plait onto the tray without breaking it.
