First add a foundation 10 by 15

Put a spot for windows 6 blocks high

Make more room

Put windows and decorations

Put the next floor 5 blocks high and put stairs to shape the windows

Put the windows and frame

Add ledges

Make the apartment building as many floors as you want make sure there the same I made mine 4 in total

The pillars should be 5 blocks high on each with a base under them

Finish it off

On the last floor instead Of bricks make it any color of clay this will be for the pediment I chose green

Add walls

Add a pediment for decoration you can use mine, look one up, or make up your own

Add the roof

Then the decorations
