Frozen stuff

Turmeric 1/4 Tsp

Black Pepper Dash

Coconut Oil 1/2 Tsp

Black Nigella & Chia Seeds 1 Tsp each

Cabbage, Carrot, Kale, Ginger

1 Cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk (this brand doesn't contain Carrageenan)

All placed in Vitamix (pulverized everything to liquid). My Japanese Green Tea is steeping for 10 minutes. It's my chaser to the smoothie.

Japanese Green Tea chaser with 1/2 Tsp Raw Honey and True Cinnamon. Steeped for 8 to 10 minutes to release the EGCG in the tea. Once you switch to Ceylon Cinnamon you'll never use the fake stuff.
