First open poshlight

Then, choose your photo

From the camera roll

I take this

Then, open the add effect icon

I search mockinjay images first

Open your camera roll again

And choose your mockinjay image

Then change the strength and edit your image if you want

Pick the adjustment icon

And change the size

After that pick the mask icon and choose the one who have a black circle at the center

And that's it!
