Make an Altered Cardboard Art Piece With Daniëlle

STEPS
TOOLS
I found myself a piece of cardboard. Let's alter it to a beautiful art object!
Start by removing pieces of the top layer. This way you create extra texture.
Add some gesso.
Using mud and a stencil, add more texture.
Give your piece of art some color using the minx shimmering inks.
Now add stone effects with the Wheel stencil.
While the cardboard is drying, I colored a piece of chipboard using the Rust texture set.
I also stamped some butterflies and cut them out of old bookpaper.
Add all the elements to the cardboard.
I added some art stones which I colored with sedona and siesta key colorations spray (see next picture for the colored art stones).
For details I used shine medium Teal Blue and clear coat Dazzle. If you look closely you might also notice some extra background stamping.
Close up photo.
For the final touch, I added a text sticker.
I look forward to seeing what you create! Please post anything you create with our awesome Art Anthology products in our facebookgroup "Art Anthology Adventures in Art"
