Here are the ingredients...
If you are using chia seeds start by soaking them in approx 200ml of almond milk. If not, put all of the ingredients in at the same time.
Add a small handful of almonds and two handfuls of blueberries and blitz with a hand blender until smooth. Add protein powder if desired.
Serve immediately. This is a thick smoothie, especially if you use chia seeds
