1/2 - 1 cup of plain yogurt into a bowl...
Add cold water...stir and watch consistency. I prefer my drink thicker, so I add very little water.
Sprinkle salt in a little at a time while stirring. Taste periodically until you have desired taste and consistency.
(Cucumbers are used in the traditional Afghan yogurt drink but I'm going to substitute it today for pomegranates and cilantro)
Add to bowl and sprinkle the dried mint & dill weed. SERVE & ENJOY!
