Remove the sweet potato flesh and add into a food processor with all other ingredients except the olive oil. Pulse several times.
With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and continue processing until the mixture is a smooth paste.
Serve cooled with vegetables or on your favorite bread/sandwiches. If mixture thickens in the refrigerator, add more olive oil and mix.

- 2.0c Cooked Cannelini Beans
- 1/4c Tahini
- 1.0tsp Salt
- 1.0tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2tsp Turmeric
- 1/2tsp Paprika
- 1.0tsp Cumin
- 2.0tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2c Lemon Juice
- 1/2c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
