Roll into balls about the same size as a golf ball. And lay out on trays. If you are freezing any meatballs put them in the freezer now. Once frozen they can be put in plastic food bags

Lightly coat the meatballs in olive oil and cook in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes

Serve with pasta and tomato sauce. And my garlic bread!   Enjoy!!

  • 1.0kg Beef mince
  • 1.0 Onion finely chopped
  • 85.0g Parmesan, grated, plus extra to serve
  • 100.0g Fresh bread crumbs
  • 2.0 Eggs, beaten with a fork
  • Olive oil for roasting
