Gather your ingredients
Melt the hot water and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat
Once melted set aside to cool
Cream butter and sugar
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
Sift the flours and cocoa and mix untll well combined.
It may seem quite thick but now you add the water and chocolate from earlier.
It can be a bit annoying to mix but it does come together quite nicely after awhile.
All mixed ;)
Pour into party pans and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Now ice with your favorite chocolate icing and your done!
- 150.0g Chocolate
- 1.0c Water
- 125.0g Butter
- 1/4c Brown sugar
- 3.0 Eggs
- 1/2c S.R.Flour
- 1/2c Plain flour
- 1/4c Cocoa powder
