Add 3 cups filtered or mineral water, tap water will be fine if neither of these is available...put a lid on and allow to soak over night in fridge. If in a rush try to leave it a couple hours

Drain off water. And add 3 cups fresh water.

Slowly spoon almonds and water into juicer. It needs to be a masticating juicer to work! If you don't have one place everything in a liquidizer and blend on high untill smooth.

Push all the milk through till pulp is dry.

Label and refrigerate us as required! :-) will keep for about 3 days!
