Ingredients: 3 cups flour; 2 cups sugar; 2 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp cinnamon; 4 eggs; 1/2 cup orange juice; 1 cup vegetable oil; 4 apple of your choice; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 2 tsp vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients together , than rest of ingredients and blend with a mixer
Peel and core and dice apples
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar
Butter and sugar muffin tins than drop some apples
Pour batter into tins than place some more apples
