Make Aleksi's Easy Cherrytomato-Zucchini Pasta

INGREDIENTS
First prepare all the ingredients. Half the tomatoes, chop the zucchini into small chunks, mince the basil, onion and garlic. Cook the pasta according to package.

2 zucchinis

250 g of cherry tomatoes and about 10 leaves of fresh basil

Three small garlic cloves

One onion chopped
Sauté the onion and garlic. Be sure not to over heat so that the garlic won't taste all bitter. Add the zucchinis and mix about 5 minutes so that the zucchini softens a bit.

When soft, add tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Heat, but do not mix too much, just so that the ingredients mix well.. REMEMBER to taste and check the amount of salt!

Add the cherry tomato - zucchini sauce over the pasta and grate some Parmesan cheese, as much as u like.

- 250-300g cherry tomatoes

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- Parmesan cheese grated
