INGREDIENTS
Open packages and unwrap chocolate kisses.
Add frosting to the bottom of a Nilla wafer. I like to use my cookie decorator to apply frosting...makes it very neat and simple!
Press a kiss into the frosting.
Put a small dot of frosting on the top of the Nilla wafer.
Press a chip into the dot of frosting.
Done! Eat and enjoy!
