Make a Yummy Post Workout Green Smoothie

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
First gather your ingredients. As you can tell, this is all stuff that I have in my fridge or freezer. Supplies are listed below, but you can add anything. I often buy fresh fruit and freeze it.
First of all, chop up the banana. Bananas are amazing, and they make this smoothie really thick.
Next, add your berries. I use tonnes of blueberries (they're all hiding under the raspberries!) they're a great superfood....sometimes I put in nearly a whole box! These are all frozen from fresh.
Now add your spinach. I usually use a whole bag, but this one wasn't quite full. It may look daunting, but with all the fruit, you can't taste the spinach.
Now add a few glugs of orange juice. If you have a juicer, then even better, but I usually use a shop bought NOT from concentrate juice. This makes the smoothie more smooth, but you can use anything.
Now you need to blend...
And blend...
Now have a taste. I decided I wanted to add some lime juice at this point, but everyone is different, so it's important to taste and see!
So add your lime juice. (I've just slit the lime, rather than cut it in half just to keep it fresher)
Give it a final blast in the blender and you're done. It doesn't look amazing, but this smoothie is my favourite! Try blackberries and strawberries too. Hope you enjoy this smoothie! Let me know!
