Combine all ingredients in a blender (i haven't added the almond milk yet, and i only add frozen blueberries for my boyfriend after I've poured my glass. The vanilla-coconut base is good on its own.)

pour and enjoy! NOTE: i never measure anything in these smoothies exactly, except the dry ingredients because those make it chunky and i don't like that. Have fun with this recipe and make it your own

  • 1/3 cup whey protein
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 cups vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut extract
