I often make this smoothie after my morning run on the treadmill. It keeps me full until late morning PLUS it's super yummy :)

  • 1.0 Scoop Protein powder
  • 1.0 Banana
  • 1.0bnch Cherries (I used 5-6) pitted
  • 3.0 Ice cubes
  • 1/2c Low fat milk
