How to make a yummy breakfast protein smoothie
Perfect smoothie to repair the body after a morning workout

INGREDIENTS
Gather fresh ingredients
Add protein (mine is choc fudge flavour), a whole banana, pitted cherries and ice cubes to blender
Add milk to blender
Start blending! :)
The longer you blend the mixture, the thicker it becomes so blend to desired consistency.
Enjoy! :)
I often make this smoothie after my morning run on the treadmill. It keeps me full until late morning PLUS it's super yummy :)
- 1.0 Scoop Protein powder
- 1.0 Banana
- 1.0bnch Cherries (I used 5-6) pitted
- 3.0 Ice cubes
- 1.0c Low fat milk
