Gather fresh ingredients
Add protein (mine is choc fudge flavour), a whole banana, pitted cherries and ice cubes to blender
Add milk to blender
Start blending! :)
The longer you blend the mixture, the thicker it becomes so blend to desired consistency.

I often make this smoothie after my morning run on the treadmill. It keeps me full until late morning PLUS it's super yummy :)
