Name: How to make a yummo apple cake :)
Ingredients: 6 Macintosh apples; 3 tsp cinnamon; 5 tbsp sugar; 3 cups all purpose flour; 2 cups sugar; 1 cup veg oil; 4 eggs; 1/4 cup Orange juice; 3 tsp baking powder; 2 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp salt; 1 cup walnut pieces(optional)

STEPS
INGREDIENTS
Peel the apples :)
Chop the apples & put in a bowl :)
Toss with 1 tbsp cinnamon & 5 tbsps sugar :)
Mix all remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 cake mixture into greased baking pan :)
Then pour 1/2 the apples & walnuts on batter,   Pour the last 1/2 of batter on top of this & then finish with remaining apples and walnuts :)
Place in the preheated 350 oven for approx  1 hr & 20 min... Cking towards the end of cooking time to make sure it doesn't get over cooked. :)
Allow to cool a while.... :)
