Find a flat space to build. A good seed would be flatlands

Make a wood frame like this

If you runout of room make some

Use red wool to go over the wood

Build off of the red wool

Might look like this if your following instructions

Fill middle in with white block

Should look like this

Fence around the sides of the ring

Looks like this

Erase one part in the fencing

Place stone stairs

Place gate

Do it to the other side

Should look like this

Place white block on the ground close to the ring and place stone stairs on top and in front of it

Make three rows of seat for your fans

Erase the white blocks

Looks like this when your done
