First you need to get the supplies.

Get the foil and wrap it up into balls.about the size of a quarter.

Put the foil balls in the empty bottle.

The water bottle should have a quarter full of foil.

Then pour the works in the bottle.

About half way.

After that you close the lid tight,shake it,and get to a safe place.

It will start to expand and it will pop.
