STEPS
TOOLS
Here are the materials that I'm using
Next measure of about two and a half feet of wire to work with
Add the beads to the center of your wire
Wrap the wire around the ring mandrel
Turn around to the back
Take one side of the wire and wrap it around the mandrel until it looks like this ⬆️
Do the same on the other side
Now turn back to the front
Wrap one side of the wire around the center bead and back to its original spot
Do the same with the other side
Now start wrapping the wire around the beads
Once your satisfied with how many times you've wrapped the wire and have leftover wire then you can slide the ring of the mandrel
Start wrapping the extra wire around the "base" wire
Use your pliers to tighten the coils
Now press the coils as close together as possible
Now cut of the extra and tuck the nub to the backside of the ring
Repeat this process with the other side
Now side the ring back on the ring mandrel and it should be 1-2 sizes smaller depending on how many coils you made.
And your done
- 20 gauge wire
- Wire cutter
- Needle nose pliers
- 3 (or 4) round beads
- ring mandrel (something the size of your finger)
- Round nose pliers
