INGREDIENTS
Place raw chicken in crock pot.
Wash hands in sink with soap and hot water.
In the mixing bowl add 3/4 cup balsamic vinegar.
In the mixing bowl add 2 1/2 tsp oregano
In the mixing bowl add 2 1/2 tsp parsley.
In the mixing bowl add 1/4 tsp black pepper
Using the whisk mix the ingredients together in the bowl.
Using the garlic press put 1 clove of garlic in at a time and squeeze the handles together over the bowl.
Pour the ingredients in the bowl over the chicken in the crock pot.
Place lid on crockpot.
Turn crockpot on low.
Cook chicken for 4 hours.
Place nuts on chopping board. Then place chopper machine over nuts. Press handle down to chop nuts.
It's time to build your salad. On your plate add 1) mixed greens 2) chicken 3) walnuts 4) top with balsamic dressing from slow cooker
Time to eat. Please set the table with the plates, forks, and napkins.

- 20 oz mixed greens
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 3 lb chicken thighs
