How to make a wedding/prom gown design

Draw two short lines with a little curve at the bottom

Then draw two lines by each side

Draw a straight line

And on the other side too

draw a line. Going out to the left

Repeat the process. But this one to the right

Then curve in with a line

Do the same thing on the other side nd curve it out

Then draw a small curve at the bottom

Curve under on the left

Repeat the process

Then sketch it down

Then curve the left side out a little bit. Not too much as you can see in the pic

Sketch a line down

Sketch another one

And then the third

Sketch a small line between

Start shading it down

Continue shading it downwards

This is how it will just be like

Then curve the top left side

Repeat the same process on the right

It will be just like this
