Cut watermelon into 1 inch cubes. Scoop small indent in cube. Turn upside down for 15 min to let water drain. Add drops of balsamic sauce in the indent. Place on top of mint leaf and serve.

For balsamic sauce - Boil 3 ounces of balsamic vinegar in a pan and add 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey till thick (about 10 minutes)
