How to make a water bender costume

Start with a blue T-shirt. I used a size small for a 3 year old and it went to his knees.

Tack the T-shirt at an angle and sew white ribbon along the edge and around the collar.

Sew fake fur around the base of the T-shirt. Make sure the fur is on top!

Sew fake fur onto the edge of each sleeve.

Sew beaded ribbon onto the back of the exotic ribbon.

Add pendant (found at craft stores).

Final product. Layer another T-shirt underneath for small children.
