After adding the tomato juice to the pitcher, add the 3 tablespoons of lime juice.

Finally, add what ever garnish you would like. I used baby dill pickles and green olives.

Overall a great recipe. A 5 out 5 stars. To lower the sodium content you can take out the garlic salt completely. Also, beer could be added in replace of the vodka. I would add beef jerky next time!
