How to make a very cheap tripod for snapguide making

Buy yourself a cheap (under $10) mini tripod.

Adjust it so there's a flat side like in the pic.

Use the elastic to hold the phone in place on the flat side of the tripod. This same elastic band probably held broccoli bunches together at one point. Use some folded up tissue to adjust the angle.

If you need to get more in the picture, place the tripod on a small box that can fit its 3 legs. That's it!
