Fry a white onion
mash up 3 cloves or garlic and one inch of ginger and add to the pan
Fry in a tablespoon of oil
Add one table spoon of cumin, 2 tablespoons curry power, handful of mustard leaves and two curry leaves, salt and chile to taste
Fry and add one chopped tomato
Simmer
Add in one tin of garbanzo beans
Add cilantro leaves to garnish and service with brown basmati rice
