Fill large sauté pan with water (half way). Turn heat (on) to high.
Preheat oven to 400
Cut asparagus and discard tough ends.
Cut broccoli into desired size pieces. Also dice onion.
Line large baking dish with olive oil or butter.
Put broccoli and asparagus in hot water for 5 minutes.
Mix all cooked ingredients (saving 1/2 cup of cheese) in large bowl. Add bullion, pepper, and hemp milk. Mix again and pour into baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and top with 1 cup breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes. Enjoy.

- 2.0 Bags frozen precooked rice
- 2.0Tbsp Chicken bullion
