INGREDIENTS
Start with one cup of milk
Place milk in microwave until it foams. This takes approximately 2 minutes.
Add 1 tsp of honey
Stir in
Add as much vanilla as you would like. I do half a tsp.
Stir in vanilla
Sprinkle cinnamon on top!
Enjoy and sleep well!!
