Gather Supplies

Cut tulle into 20 inch long strips. You can use between 16-22 strips per headband. Take one strip and 'even it' around the headband, and double knot it.

Continue with the remainder of tulle.

Gather tulle together in a bunch, and trim the top to make even.

Tie bow in the middle of the 'hair'.

Embellish with flowers if desired.
